Patrick McGinnis is devoted to his clients and believes in zealous advocacy. He empowers his injured clients – who often feel outmanned or outgunned by corporations and insurance companies – by using his skills inside and outside the courtroom to level the playing field.
He is a dynamic attorney and skilled negotiator who uses his experience on both sides of the law to win cases and get the best results for his clients.
Patrick spent the first part of his career representing corporations and insurance companies in commercial disputes and defending against personal injury claims.
However, since dedicating himself to representing injured plaintiffs, he has recovered millions for his clients through cases involving industrial and oilfield injuries, offshore and maritime injuries, premises liability, product defects, chemical exposures, railroad worker injuries, and trucking and car wreck injuries.
In law school, Patrick wrote as a member of the South Texas Law Review and competed for the nationally acclaimed advocacy program at South Texas College of Law.
He won multiple best brief awards and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for his excellence in oral and written advocacy.
