Meet Cullen McDonald

Cullen McDonald is an appellate attorney who focuses on critical motions, briefing, and appeals in complex and high-stakes personal injury cases. He works closely with trial teams to protect verdicts and position cases for success in both state and federal courts.

Cullen has extensive experience across a range of personal injury matters, including products liability, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and maritime cases. He has helped secure significant recoveries for individuals and families against some of the largest corporations in Texas and across the country.

Before joining the firm, Cullen practiced at a large Texas-based law firm, where he handled complex probate, fiduciary, and guardianship disputes. There, he honed his skills in legal research, motion practice, and appellate briefing. His commitment to thorough research and clear, persuasive written advocacy has been key to achieving positive results for his clients.

Cullen earned his law degree magna cum laude from Louisiana State University – Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Louisiana Law Review and authored a published article on federal pleading standards. A former NCAA Division I baseball player, Cullen brings the same focus, preparation, and competitive spirit to his legal practice.

Outside the office, Cullen enjoys spending time with his wife, Kennedy, watching sports, and playing golf.
