Meet Lindsey Weathersby

Lindsey Weathersby is a dedicated personal injury attorney committed to advocating for those who have been harmed due to the negligence of others. She attended the University of Mississippi before graduating from Charleston School of Law. Lindsey distinguished herself as a Dean’s List student and an active member of several organizations, including the Women in Law Society, the Business Law Society, and Phi Delta Phi, the international legal honor society.

Lindsey began her legal career in plaintiff’s personal injury law out of a desire to help individuals navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives. She is passionate about securing justice and fair compensation for her clients, and she brings a strong sense of compassion, diligence, and strategic advocacy to each case she handles.

Before joining Armstrong Lee & Baker LLP, Lindsey worked at a prominent personal injury law firm where she helped secure millions of dollars in compensation on behalf of her clients. She has experience handling a wide range of complex personal injury cases, including commercial motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, natural gas explosions, and medical malpractice matters.

In her practice, Lindsey takes a thoughtful and strategic approach to every case, focusing on efficient resolution while maximizing her clients’ recovery. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, her two dogs, and close friends. A proud Louisiana native, she is also a devoted New Orleans Saints fan.
