Meet Kai Henderson

Kai Henderson represents individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries or the loss of a loved one because of the negligence of others. Her practice focuses on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle and commercial vehicle collisions, negligent hiring, training, supervision, and entrustment, workplace injuries, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death.

Kai was drawn to the practice of law because she wanted a career where her work could have a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Personal injury litigation allows her to advocate for individuals and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives and help them navigate the legal process while working to secure the best possible outcome for their future.

Kai has obtained multi-million-dollar settlements for her clients. She has handled cases through every stage of litigation and brings a trial-focused approach to her practice.

Kai graduated magna cum laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2019, where she served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. She was awarded the Order of the Barristers for excellence in mock trial and moot court advocacy and received the school’s Appellate Advocacy Award. She also earned a Master’s degree in Women Studies, magna cum laude, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a minor in Spanish from the University of North Texas.

Kai is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.

Outside of her practice, Kai enjoys time at the beach, yoga, eating sushi, and spending time with her husband, two dogs, and cat.
