The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has now backed the recall, confirming 33 incidents, including burn injuries and property damage.

If you purchased an Anker power bank between August 2023 and June 2025, check your device immediately. The following models are affected:

• A1647 – 22.5W
• A1652 – 7.5W (MagGo)
• A1257 – 22.5W
• A1681 – 30W
• A1689 – 30W

These were sold through Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, eBay, AliExpress, and even TikTok Shop.

What You Should Do—Right Now

If you own one of these models:

1. Stop using it immediately!
2. Visit Anker’s Recall Portal to verify your serial number.
3. Submit a photo of the device with:
   • Model and serial number
   • Your name and date
   • The word “recalled” written clearly on the device
4. Choose your refund or Anker gift card.
