Linda brings over ten years of diverse experience supporting both plaintiff and defense attorneys. After graduating from Texas A&M University, Linda began her career as a pre-litigation personal injury paralegal and has since transitioned into a litigation paralegal. At Armstrong Lee & Baker LLP, she plays a key role in managing cases, preparing for trial, and maintaining clear and compassionate communication with clients throughout the litigation process.

Linda is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to provide bilingual support and ensure that every client feels heard and understood. She holds a Paralegal Certificate from Rice University’s Continuing Education Program and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University. She is also a commissioned Texas Notary Public.

Known for her dependability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, Linda is passionate about helping clients navigate the legal system with confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, reading, and exploring Houston’s vibrant restaurant scene.

As the intake assistant, Ana provides support by calling clients to gather information and get an overall understanding of the case. She works closely with the intake attorney to make sure the files for potential new cases are thoroughly completed and ready for evaluation. She also helps with the onboarding process for the new clients in both English and Spanish. Ana enjoys providing very positive and professional service to clients. She loves to travel, but most importantly, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog.

Catherine brings over 20 years of digital marketing expertise to her role as Director of Marketing at Armstrong Lee & Baker LLP. With a B.A. in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Westminster in England, Catherine’s career in marketing began unexpectedly, but quickly became a lasting passion. Known for blending creative storytelling with data-driven strategy, she helps amplify the firm’s voice across digital platforms. When she’s not diving into the latest Google trends, Catherine enjoys traveling, hiking, and cheering at baseball games with her husband and two children.

Joy joined our firm as a legal secretary and is now a paralegal. She takes pride in her strong attention to detail and treats the firm’s clients with the respect they deserve. Joy assists the firm’s attorneys with moving their litigation docket forward, discovery, pleadings, and expert depositions. She has had over ten years of experience in the administrative assistant field and looks forward to expanding her knowledge in personal injury litigation. During her time off, you can find Joy spending time with her husband, family, experiencing the great food Houston has to offer, and traveling.

Phoebe is a dedicated Case Manager with four years of experience in Personal Injury. She is passionate about supporting clients through every step of their recovery, from coordinating medical treatment to ensuring appointment adherence and promoting ongoing compliance. Phoebe is fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing her to connect with and support a diverse range of clients. Outside of work, Phoebe cherishes spending quality time with her daughter and family. They enjoy watching new movies and going on shopping trips together.

Juan assists with the firm’s litigation docket, including drafting discovery, calendaring for multiple attorneys, and communicating with clients on a daily basis. Prior to joining the firm, Juan attended college at the University of Houston where he graduated with a bachelor’s in Political Science. Thereafter, he continued his education at the paralegal graduate program at Rice University where he received his paralegal certification in 2018. Since then, Juan has worked as a paralegal in the field of personal injury. Juan has a passion for helping clients and does everything he can to make their life easier. Outside of work, Juan enjoys exercising, spending time with his wife, reading, watching sports, and hanging out with his family.

Eddy joined our firm as a Case Manager and has since transitioned into the role of Legal Secretary, where he continues to make a significant impact. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Eddy offers invaluable support to our diverse clientele, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their legal journeys.

In his current role, Eddy is responsible for coordinating with opposing parties to schedule depositions, mediations, and important deadlines, helping ensure that each case progresses smoothly and efficiently. His strong communication skills and dedication to client satisfaction make him a trusted point of contact for many of our clients, as he enjoys guiding them through the complexities of their cases.

Eddy is committed to working hard and achieving his goals, both personally and professionally. He strives to unlock his full potential within the firm while contributing to its continued growth. Outside of work, Eddy enjoys exploring Houston’s vibrant food scene, discovering hidden gems in the city, and learning about different cultures through travel and local experiences.

Nancy is a paralegal with over 25 years’ experience in plaintiff’s personal injury and mass torts litigation. She has a passion for helping clients who have been injured, guiding them through all phases of their litigation journey. Nancy takes pride in making sure the clients have a positive experience with the litigation process. Nancy is responsible for drafting pleadings, discovery, managing the calendar and working with expert witnesses. After graduating from Baylor University, Nancy obtained her paralegal certification from Southwestern Paralegal Institute. Outside of work, Nancy is an avid marathon runner and enjoys hiking, kayaking and traveling with her family.

Prior to beginning her career in personal injury law, Amanda graduated from Texas A&M University and obtained her paralegal certification from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies. As a paralegal, she brings compassion to all aspects of her role and believes that everyone deserves respect. She is well-versed in the litigation process and has experience in intake, settlement, and everything in between. No matter what the situation, she approaches it with kindness and empathy, and this is reflected in her work and interactions with clients. Outside of the office, she enjoys kickboxing, spending time with her family, and snuggling with her pug.

Briana’s passion for advocacy and her belief that everyone deserves a chance to be supported and have their voice heard led her to her current position. As a paralegal, Briana drafts discovery responses, initial disclosures, and other litigation documents for the firm’s clients. Briana works closely with our clients during litigation to gather information for formal discovery responses. Briana’s role is an integral part of the legal process. Prior to beginning her career at the firm, she attended Sam Houston State University and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Briana uses her knowledge of the law to further advocate for the firm’s clients. Outside of work, she enjoys bodybuilding, baking, cake decorating, reading, and spending time with her family.

Soo is an administrative associate at Armstrong Lee & Baker LLP. Soo has over 15 years of industry experience and was a medical interpreter. She assists with the firm’s financial and accounting, as well as the administration of its policies. In her free time, Soo enjoys cooking, singing, skiing, and spending time with her family and 3 dogs.

As a paralegal, Melissa assists the firm with each client’s litigation journey from initial filing to resolution. She coordinates attorney’s schedules, handles discovery matters and provides administrative support in trial. With her own personal experience in what happens when a family member is injured in a negligent manner, Melissa takes great comfort and pride in assisting clients through the difficulties of litigation and providing support until they obtain the rightful outcome they deserve. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, playing piano and finding new activities throughout the Houston area to experience.

Cindy assists with the day-to-day management of the firm’s litigation cases, including discovery and managing the calendar of hearings, depositions, mediations and trial. She is highly motivated to assist the firm in attaining the outcomes our clients rightfully deserve. Cindy is a mom of four children and University of Houston graduate. She enjoys discovering new things to do around Houston with her family.

Parkson Lam brings over a decade of diverse legal experience to the firm, having worked as a paralegal since 2013. He began his career in medical malpractice defense, developing a meticulous eye for detail and a strong foundation in complex case analysis. He later transitioned into pre-litigation personal injury and mass tort matters, before advancing to catastrophic personal injury cases at one of the region’s most prominent law firms.

A graduate of the University of Houston, Parkson also earned his Paralegal Certificate from The Center for Advanced Legal Studies. Throughout his career, he has supported trial teams in recovering significant results for clients, managing high-stakes cases from intake through resolution with precision, empathy, and dedication. His ability to navigate complex litigation and coordinate effectively with clients, attorneys, and experts makes him an invaluable member of the legal team.

Outside the office, Parkson enjoys spending quality time with his wife and young son, cooking, working out, and tending to his garden alongside their two dogs.

With a long history at the firm dating back to her college days, Clara now serves as the Director of Training, playing a key role in shaping and refining firm policies. She leads new hire onboarding and contributes to ongoing development of operational processes to support the firm’s continued growth. Clara earned a Bachelor of Science in Audio Engineering Technology with Honors with a minor in Business and Entertainment from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, which honed her technical precision, creativity, and collaborative skills, qualities she brings to training and organizational development. Outside of work, Clara enjoys working on audio production projects, café hopping, and spending time with loved ones.

Grace Lee is the office manager for Armstrong Lee & Baker LLP. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked in the maritime industry for over 25 years and has experience in human resources, office management, and accounting. Her job includes the development and application of firm policies and procedures and administering all phases of human resources, financials, and accounting. Away from work, Grace enjoys spending time at home with her husband, children, and a new grandson. Her family is active members of a local church and she also loves time planting her garden, traveling with her husband, and music.

As a Records Assistant, Kayla plays a vital role in maintaining and organizing vital records for the team. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, she ensures that all documentation is filed correctly and accessible when needed. Kayla is passionate about supporting the team’s efficiency and is always eager to learn new skills in records management. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and going hiking with her friends and spending quality time with her family.

As a paralegal, Kaycee supports the firm’s attorneys through all stages of litigation. With a strong focus on client communication, case preparation, and legal documentation, she ensures that each client’s case progresses efficiently and with attention to detail. Kaycee believes in taking a proactive approach to ensure that clients remain informed and supported throughout their case.

Prior to joining the firm, Kaycee earned a bachelor’s degree in Society, Ethics & Law from Texas A&M University, where she developed a strong academic foundation and a passion for law and advocacy. That foundation now guides her commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate service to each client she encounters. Outside of work, you can find Kaycee spending time with her family and friends, most times while participating in some sort of outdoor activity.

As a litigation paralegal, Britney drafts discovery responses and initial disclosures for clients. Prior to joining the firm, Britney graduated from Baylor University with a degree in English literature. She worked as a swim coach, at Starbucks, and as an insurance coordinator for an orthodontic practice before going back to school. She graduated in May 2021 with her paralegal certification and spent a year working in family law before making the move to personal injury. Britney loves working with clients and enjoys getting to learn about their lives through phone conversations. Outside of work, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and reading murder mysteries.

As both a legal secretary and litigation paralegal, Monique is uniquely positioned to handle personal injury cases from start to finish—supporting clients through every stage of the legal process with skill, compassion, and dedication. Monique plays a key role in case management by coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel to schedule depositions, mediations, inspections, hearings, and critical court deadlines. Her organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure that each case progresses smoothly and stays on track throughout every phase of litigation.

Monique earned her degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Sam Houston State University. Prior to joining Armstrong Lee & Baker, she worked at a boutique law firm specializing in estate planning and business structuring, where she helped business owners navigate complex tax strategies. This experience broadened her legal expertise, making her a well-rounded and trusted support for both attorneys and clients alike. While she gained valuable experience in her previous role, Monique knew she wanted to be more involved in standing up for people who need a voice in the legal system—leading her to join Armstrong Lee & Baker. Monique has always been especially passionate about helping individuals who need someone in their corner; just like those who are navigating the aftermath of injury or loss.

Outside of the office, Monique enjoys cheering on the Houston Astros and Dallas Cowboys, spending quality time with her family and friends, going to the movies, riding her bike, and exploring all that Houston has to offer, especially its diverse and delicious food scene.

Jimena is the welcoming face you see when you walk in. As the firm’s receptionist, she keeps things running smoothly. Whether she’s answering phones or helping out around the office, she loves making clients feel welcome and takes pride in keeping everything organized and on track. When she’s not at work, you can find her exploring new spots around Houston or spending time with her family.

Odalis provides guidance and aid to our clients who are seeking medical treatment to recover after being injured in an accident. She keeps the firm’s attorneys informed daily on the status of our clients’ medical treatment and helps gather necessary bills and records. Prior to joining the personal injury profession, Odalis spent five years in the medical field where she gained tremendous knowledge and an understanding of medical care. When Odalis is not consulting with our clients, she is cherishing quality time with her daughter, and she is on a journey to discover fresh and tasty restaurants throughout the Houston area.

As a Discovery Paralegal, Janie is responsible for the organization, preparation and filing of medical evidence and initial litigation discovery and pleadings for the firm. Additionally, she assists the firm’s staff and attorneys in the day-to-day document production for each client case. Prior to joining the Armstrong Lee & Baker team, Janie earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. Her strong organizational skills and love for structure make her a valuable asset during litigation. During her free time, she enjoys activities such as reading, writing, baking and spending time outdoors.

Tiffany supports the firm by warmly greeting and transferring calls, ensuring that every client feels cared for. She often offers a listening ear to clients who need space to vent, recognizing that many are in pain and simply need someone to hear them. Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Criminology and Crime Analysis. Her long-term goal is to become a Forensic Pathologist, though she’s also inspired by her mother, who worked as a family paralegal for over 30 years. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys tending to her garden and spending quality time with family.

As an intake assistant, Roxy collects detailed information from potential new clients to evaluate and assess each unique case. She takes pride in providing excellent customer service to every client in both English and Spanish. Roxy has a passion for serving injured clients and creating a strong bond with each individual she speaks with. She has over eight years of experience in personal injury and continues to expand her knowledge in the field. Outside of work, Roxy enjoys exercising, spending time outdoors, traveling, and meeting new people.

Anai is the friendly face and voice of the firm and greets our clients when they call or visit the office. She has a passion for spreading joy to our clients in some of the toughest times of their lives by offering them a shoulder to lean on and making it her mission for every client to feel like they are not alone in their journey. She firmly believes that every day is a gift and should be lived to the fullest. Anai truly enjoys helping clients and working day in and day out to do so—an attribute instilled in her by her mother, a hard-working immigrant and single parent. When she is not in the office, Anai enjoys discovering new places, exploring the outdoors, and rooting for the Texans and Astros.

Jorge is a Case Manager with a strong background in client support and claims handling. With over a decade of experience in the auto insurance industry, Jorge brings a detail-oriented and compassionate approach to assisting clients with their questions, concerns, and medical needs. At the firm, he is committed to providing timely, empathetic support to ensure each client feels heard and cared for throughout their case. Fluent in both English and Spanish, He bring strong communication skills to diverse, multicultural environments. On his off time, Jorge likes to spend times with his wife and kids and also enjoys fishing.

Christina is a seasoned paralegal with over 25 years of dedicated experience in litigation support. She is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in plaintiff’s personal injury and civil trial litigation. She exemplifies the pinnacle of paralegal expertise and commitment in assisting attorneys to advocating for wrongfully injured clients in our community.

Throughout her extensive career, Christina has been instrumental in managing complex case workflows, drafting numerous legal documents, and coordinating trials that significantly contribute to the favorable outcomes of our clients. Her proficiency and dedication encompasses all facets of litigation – from initial client intake, discovery, expert retention, mediation, and trial preparation – ensuring seamless support for attorneys.

As an active member of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division, Houston Paralegal Association, and Houston Metropolitan Paralegal Association, Christina remains actively engaged in continuing legal education and professional development, staying abreast of the latest best legal practices to provide exceptional support to the firm.

When not working, Christina and her family are active members of a local church, enjoy volunteering with various local organizations, traveling the world, college baseball and football games, and spending time with their golden doodle, Charlotte.

As a Paralegal, Allyson supports our attorneys with a wide range of legal and administrative tasks, including scheduling depositions and mediations, as well as managing critical deadlines. Since 2018, she has been dedicated to assisting and guiding injured clients through challenging times with care and compassion. Allyson is also a commissioned Texas Notary Public. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, traveling across the U.S., exploring new restaurants, and learning the art of baking.

As a legal secretary, Shawna assists the firm’s attorneys by scheduling mediations, depositions, and client appointments. She coordinates with opposing parties to help our cases move forward. Shawna strives to create a personal relationship with each of our clients, so they can feel at ease during a difficult time. When she is not at work, Shawna enjoys spending time with her three daughters and grandson. You can find her on the softball field most weekends, volunteering at the little league, catching a baseball game, and traveling.
