Linda brings over ten years of diverse experience supporting both plaintiff and defense attorneys. After graduating from Texas A&M University, Linda began her career as a pre-litigation personal injury paralegal and has since transitioned into a litigation paralegal. At Armstrong Lee & Baker LLP, she plays a key role in managing cases, preparing for trial, and maintaining clear and compassionate communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
Linda is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to provide bilingual support and ensure that every client feels heard and understood. She holds a Paralegal Certificate from Rice University’s Continuing Education Program and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University. She is also a commissioned Texas Notary Public.
Known for her dependability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, Linda is passionate about helping clients navigate the legal system with confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, reading, and exploring Houston’s vibrant restaurant scene.
In his current role, Eddy is responsible for coordinating with opposing parties to schedule depositions, mediations, and important deadlines, helping ensure that each case progresses smoothly and efficiently. His strong communication skills and dedication to client satisfaction make him a trusted point of contact for many of our clients, as he enjoys guiding them through the complexities of their cases.
Eddy is committed to working hard and achieving his goals, both personally and professionally. He strives to unlock his full potential within the firm while contributing to its continued growth. Outside of work, Eddy enjoys exploring Houston’s vibrant food scene, discovering hidden gems in the city, and learning about different cultures through travel and local experiences.
Parkson Lam brings over a decade of diverse legal experience to the firm, having worked as a paralegal since 2013. He began his career in medical malpractice defense, developing a meticulous eye for detail and a strong foundation in complex case analysis. He later transitioned into pre-litigation personal injury and mass tort matters, before advancing to catastrophic personal injury cases at one of the region’s most prominent law firms.
A graduate of the University of Houston, Parkson also earned his Paralegal Certificate from The Center for Advanced Legal Studies. Throughout his career, he has supported trial teams in recovering significant results for clients, managing high-stakes cases from intake through resolution with precision, empathy, and dedication. His ability to navigate complex litigation and coordinate effectively with clients, attorneys, and experts makes him an invaluable member of the legal team.
Outside the office, Parkson enjoys spending quality time with his wife and young son, cooking, working out, and tending to his garden alongside their two dogs.
As a paralegal, Kaycee supports the firm’s attorneys through all stages of litigation. With a strong focus on client communication, case preparation, and legal documentation, she ensures that each client’s case progresses efficiently and with attention to detail. Kaycee believes in taking a proactive approach to ensure that clients remain informed and supported throughout their case.
Prior to joining the firm, Kaycee earned a bachelor’s degree in Society, Ethics & Law from Texas A&M University, where she developed a strong academic foundation and a passion for law and advocacy. That foundation now guides her commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate service to each client she encounters. Outside of work, you can find Kaycee spending time with her family and friends, most times while participating in some sort of outdoor activity.
As both a legal secretary and litigation paralegal, Monique is uniquely positioned to handle personal injury cases from start to finish—supporting clients through every stage of the legal process with skill, compassion, and dedication. Monique plays a key role in case management by coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel to schedule depositions, mediations, inspections, hearings, and critical court deadlines. Her organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure that each case progresses smoothly and stays on track throughout every phase of litigation.
Monique earned her degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Sam Houston State University. Prior to joining Armstrong Lee & Baker, she worked at a boutique law firm specializing in estate planning and business structuring, where she helped business owners navigate complex tax strategies. This experience broadened her legal expertise, making her a well-rounded and trusted support for both attorneys and clients alike. While she gained valuable experience in her previous role, Monique knew she wanted to be more involved in standing up for people who need a voice in the legal system—leading her to join Armstrong Lee & Baker. Monique has always been especially passionate about helping individuals who need someone in their corner; just like those who are navigating the aftermath of injury or loss.
Outside of the office, Monique enjoys cheering on the Houston Astros and Dallas Cowboys, spending quality time with her family and friends, going to the movies, riding her bike, and exploring all that Houston has to offer, especially its diverse and delicious food scene.
Christina is a seasoned paralegal with over 25 years of dedicated experience in litigation support. She is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in plaintiff’s personal injury and civil trial litigation. She exemplifies the pinnacle of paralegal expertise and commitment in assisting attorneys to advocating for wrongfully injured clients in our community.
Throughout her extensive career, Christina has been instrumental in managing complex case workflows, drafting numerous legal documents, and coordinating trials that significantly contribute to the favorable outcomes of our clients. Her proficiency and dedication encompasses all facets of litigation – from initial client intake, discovery, expert retention, mediation, and trial preparation – ensuring seamless support for attorneys.
As an active member of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division, Houston Paralegal Association, and Houston Metropolitan Paralegal Association, Christina remains actively engaged in continuing legal education and professional development, staying abreast of the latest best legal practices to provide exceptional support to the firm.
When not working, Christina and her family are active members of a local church, enjoy volunteering with various local organizations, traveling the world, college baseball and football games, and spending time with their golden doodle, Charlotte.
